Nancy Y. "Aunty Nancy" Sakazaki, 90, of Honolulu, Manoa Valley, our caring and beloved mother, passed away peacefully at Kuakini Medical Center. She was the sole survivor of 10 children of Umetaro and Sumiyo Suehiro.
Mom was a retired associate of the House of Mitsukoshi, Liberty House and Macy's. She was caretaker and member of Manoa Honpa Hongwanji.
She is survived by daughters, Lynn S.S. Taves (Derrick) and Anne Y.S. Izutsu (Daniel); son, Eric M. "Rabbit" Sakazaki (Raynona) of Kauai; 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. No monetary offerings.
