He is survived by brothers Wm Jr., Tom, Pete and Paul; and sister Clarissa Anderson. Paddle-out services: 8 a.m. July 17; surfers meet in front of Duke’s statue. Celebration of life luau to follow at Sam’s tree, Kapiolani Park. Casual attire.
