71Paulette R. Kaiwi, 56, of Oahu and Kauai, a nurse, died. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by companion David Mainaaupo Sr.; sons Kalawelo Jr. and Kainalu Kaiwi, and David Jr., Kaimana, Hapaki and Kekoa Mainaaupo; daughters Pollen Stevens, and Cheyenne and Sanoe Mainaaupo; brothers Albert “Bully” Rodrigues and Joseph “Joe” Carveiro Jr.; sisters Dorethey Torres, Betty Louis and Rosemarie “Idiko” Texador; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. July 7 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel, Koloa. Services: 11 a.m.
