Walter Yutaka Tokuda, 83, of Honolulu, a retired farmer, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by stepmother Mitsuko; brothers Shizuo, Henry S., Edward T., Ronald H., Wallace S. and Wayne M.; and sisters Janet T. Higa, Barbara M. Arakaki, Elizabeth A. Nakama, and Lillian Y. Nakao. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
