71Dorothy Kieo Joash, 59, of Waipahu, a Marshallese government Finance Department retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Jaluit, Marshall Islands. She is survived by husband Jeto; sons Gregory and Ryan; daughters Berlene Lokeijak and Dorsie Leer; mother Neilek Samson; brother George Thaddeus; sisters Enke, Lison and Talison Samson, Tine Brothersen, Risa Timsen and Alse Tarkio; and 18 grandchildren.
