Age 99, of Aiea, Hawaii, passed away April 30, 2011 in Pearl City. Born April 6, 1912 in Waipahu, Hawaii. Retired land surveyor with the State of Hawaii. He played for the Waipahu Jack Rabbits.
He is survived by son, Douglas (Nanette) Shimomura; daughter, Jo Ann (Mark) Tanaka; 5 grand-children; numerous nephews and nieces.
Private services were held.
