ESTHER A. SMITH O'TOOLE
ESTHER A. SMITH O'TOOLE, 96, died peacefully at her home in Kahala. She was born in Melvin, Illinois. She is survived by her care taker, B. J. Dyhr and nephews on the Mainland. She was the publisher of the Hawaii Beverage Guide from its inception until she retired. Mrs. O'Toole has been a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club since 1952. She was also a member of the Plaza Club. She was active in Small Business Hawaii, the ARCS and many other local organizations. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip O/Toole in 1981. Scattering of ashes will be at a later date. Contributions in her name can be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Honolulu.
