Survived by wife, Clara; sons, David, Michael and Harold; brother, Akito; stepson, Don Tamura; stepdaughter, Diane Tarr; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. Memorial service at 11 a.m. on Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Graveside inurnment service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2011 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Casual attire.
