Severo "Flats" Respicio Jr., 76, of Hilo, a retired mason and a former Hawaii Tribune-Herald newspaper deliveryman in the Keaukaha area, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by brothers Donald,•Harry and Leeroy; and sisters Winifred Agpoon and Helen Tolentino. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers.
