Albert Clyde Pu
June 18, 2011 Albert Clyde “Pake” Pu, 60, of Hoolehua, Molokai, a retired chief of maintenance for the National Park Service in Kalaupapa, Molokai, and a Marine Corps veteran who served in the Vietnam War and received an honorable discharge as a corporal, died. He was born in Hana, Maui. He is survived by wife Lucy Whiting; son Harry Galdeira; daughters Nadine Benton, Wendy White and Harrilyn Hindle; brothers Wendell, Fred and Norman Pu, Gordon Kekahuna and Mathew Jacobs; and sisters Esmeralda “Sweetie” Salinas and Jade Mullaney. Visitation: 8 a.m. today at Lanikeha Recreational Center, Hoolehua. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Molokai Veterans Cemetery.
