Martin K.M. Luke, 79, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Personnel Services chief of recruitment and a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen; daughters Nadine Cho, Franchon and Stacey Luke, and Monica Hahn; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Services: 10:30 a.m. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. No flowers.
