Richard Isami Hayashi, 75, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired Radio Shack retail clerk and an Army and Air Force veteran, died in Life Care Center of Kona. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Thomas and sisters Jean Hayashi and Norma Matsumoto. Private services.
