Age 77, of Pearl City, Hawaii, passed away July 10, 2011 in Pearl City. Born March 10, 1934 in Edward, N. Carolina. Retired from the civil service. Preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor O'Claray White, sons, Arthur Franklin White, and Erwin Dean White.
He is survived by daughters, Jacqueline (Jose) Panganoran, Arelette (Rudy) Gonzalez, Bobbie Jean Balanza; sons, Brian (Vernal) White, Robert Balanza; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Monday (July 18) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary (20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu); Memorial Service 11:00 noon. Committal Service 3:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of The Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual Attire.
