LORETTA K.U. ANDERSON
Age 76 of Honolulu, passed away June 26, 2011 at Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born February 20, 1936 in Wailuku, Maui.
Loretta was a retired social studies teacher from Kalani High School. She graduated from Baldwin H.S. on Maui and received her undergraduate and Masters degrees from Stanford University. Beloved by her family and friends, she enjoyed dancing hula for many
years with Aunty Leilani Alama.
She is survived by husband, Ronald W. Anderson; son, Craig Anderson (Sharleen); daughter, Lynn Uehara (Garret); sisters, Harriette Atkins of Berkeley, CA, Estelle Bergstrom of Keizer, OR; 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Michael, Kaitlyn, Amy and Missy.
Visitation: Tuesday, July 19th at 5:30pm at Kilohana United Methodist Church in Niu Valley. Services to follow at 6:30pm. Casual attire. No Flowers please.
