76Meghanath Nana Bhattacharyya, 89, of Honolulu, a retired licensed vocational nurse, health educator in public health in India and former Freedom Fighter and Sarvodaya worker with Gandhi’s movement for a nonviolent struggle for India’s independence, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. He was born in India. He is survived by wife Phyllis, son Eesha, daughter Swasti and three grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Wednesday at 72 Dowsett Ave., Honolulu.
