72Young Gu Chang, 78, of Honolulu, a retired manager for the Korean government, died at home. He was born in Seoul. He is survived by sons Charles S.H. and Chang Ho, brothers Myong Ki and Jun Ki, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Pius X, 2821 Lowrey Ave. Services: 11 a.m.
