Age 60, of Honolulu, passed away July 2, 2011 at Queen's Medical Center. Born Aug. 27, 1950 in Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Annie was a housekeeper at Ala Moana Hotel.
She is survived by husband, Teodorico A. Teodoro; son, Gerald (Cheryl) Agustin; daughter, Catherine (Calbert) Baitlon; brother, Leonencio Pascua of Philippines, Patricio (Lydia) Pascua; sisters, Imelda Calisaan of Philippines, Rosalinda Pacua; four grandchildren; aunts, Macaria Agustin, Fulgencia Domingo; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday July 24 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 9 to 11 a.m. Monday July 25 at the Mortuary, Service 11 a.m. Burial 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
