72Ernest Chikayuki Miyasaki, 83, of Hilo, formerly of Honokaa, Hawaii, proprietor of the former Hamakua Soda Works Co. and retired Hawaii County parking meter supervisor, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kalopa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Misae; son Ernest; daughters Leilyn Kauihou, LeeAnn Ishihara and Lyndie Michioka; brothers George, Wallace and Paul; sisters Ellen Miyasaki, Alice Monroe and Laura Kinoshita; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
