Jack Kamai Ha'o, 46, of Makawao, Maui, died in Wailuku. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by fiancee Kathleen Momoa; sons Jack K. III, Chansei and Isaiah; daughters Joy H. Page and Chelsie Albano; sister Kaimana Momoa; and two grandchildren. Private services.
