Age 72, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away June 23, 2011 in Honolulu. Born May 15, 1939 in Hilo, Hawaii. Frank served 45 years of honor to the Hawaii Army National Guard. He devoted his life to his family and Kempo Karate.
He is survived by wife, Helen Latorre; daughters, Noreen Latorre-Holt, Helene Fontes of California; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Wednesday (July 20) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 9:00 a.m. Thursday (July 21) at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (99-312 Moanalua Road, Aiea); Mass 9:30 a.m. Committal Service 11:00 a.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Aloha Attire.
