Violet Sumiko Kawasaki, 84, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Thomas, sons Brian and Dean, sisters Ann Nogami and Grace Kaneshiro, and two grandchildren. Private services.
