Yvonne Blackiston Fernandez, 73, of Kailua, a Pali Lanes bowling alley desk clerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael, John, Darin and Scott; brother Peter "Chubby" Mainaaupo; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
