78Billye Allen Bacon, 81, of Honolulu, a retired electronics technician for Fleet Submarine Training Facility at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died at home. He was born in Ways Station, Ga. He is survived by wife Jane, daughters Gina Kerr and Lorin Bacon, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
