75Pavitt Elizabeth "Lisi" Tai Hook, 63, of Hauula died. She was born in Vaitoloa, Western Samoa. She is survived by husband James; sons James Russell, Tory and Keith; daughters Coreen Williams and Michelle Meinke; brothers Joseph, Richard and Steve Danielson, and Daniel Andrus; sisters Pavitt Matavao, Passie Roy, Turia Rolph, and Finau and Tiana Filiaga; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hauula fourth ward, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Laie Cemetery.
