73Thomas Michael Wilk, 68, of Honolulu, a banking industry employee, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in New York. He is survived by brother Ken and sister Susan Zach. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
