73Judy Yoneko Inouye, 63, of Pearl City, a retired Hickam Air Force Base federal civil servant and retired Handi-Van reservationist, died in Honolulu. She was born in North Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by mother Fujie, brother Norman, sister Molly Low and caregiver/nephew Clayton Low. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
