73Thomas Joseph Payette, 71, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, a retired Henry Ford Community College political science professor, died. He was born in Grosse Pointe, Mich. He is survived by wife Lynda, son David, sister Patricia and four grandchildren. Private services.
