72Barbara Royce Dale, 84, of Honolulu, an employee at state and county judicial systems in Arizona and Hawaii, died in Hospice Hawaii Palolo Home. She was born in Penn Yan, N.Y. She is survived by sons Richard D. II, Allen and Mitchell; daughter Sandi D. Kieffer; brothers Tim, Martin and Joe Newland; sister Judi Newland; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Celebration of life is planned for the near future. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii, 860 Iwilei Road, Honolulu, HI 96817.
