John Chin Jin Quong, 87, of Honolulu, a former proprietor of Royal Hawaiian Market & Hofbrau, Green Turtle, Sandbox, Boulevard, Eagle's Nest and Cavalier restaurants, died in Honolulu. He was born in Canton, China. He is survived by son Ronald, daughter Gayle Q. Takiguchi and two grandchildren. Private services.
