Tsuyuko Ikehara “Patsy” Peleras, 88, of Kekaha, Kauai, owner of Spotlight, died. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons Herman, Darrick, Nelson, Harold and Kelvin; brothers Seiki chi and Seiichi Ikehara; sister Beatrice Moreira; stepsister Thelma Nagata; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
