Richard I.C. “Pablo†Caldito Sr., 98, of Kahului, a former Maui County councilman, died at home. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Richard Jr.; daughters Nona Apuna, Ivy Caldito and Iola Balubar; hanai brother Nobu Yamanaka; hanai sister Maggie Ikeda; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
