Sidney Charles Kimhan, 81, of Kaneohe, an Army veteran and a retired Honolulu Police Department inspector of police, died at home. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Brigitte, son Sidney C. III, daughters Charmagne Kimhan and Mignon Bertranou, brothers Harold and James, sister Beatrice Minnear and nine grandchildren.
