Thelma Miyoshi Hirata, 93, of Honolulu died in Nuuanu Hale. She was born in Waipahu. She is survived by daughters Gail Y. Yamamoto, Susan Higa and Jo-Ann Chan; sister Violet Amakawa; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
