Yoshie Maeda, 91, of Hilo, a retired seamstress and business proprietor, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Gary; daughter Susan Maeda-Kimura; brother Ed H. Nitahara; sisters Misae Takata, Kay K. Iijima and June F. Ikeda; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home. Services: 5 p.m. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
