Douglass Loren Smoyer, 77, of Kaneohe, a retail consultant and a Navy officer, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. He was born in Lima, Ohio. He is survived by wife Joan; daughter Deborah Cuttler; brother William; sisters Sandra Snavely, Sherry Hyatt and Lauren S. Estebon; and three grandchildren. No services. Donations suggested to Parkinson Research Foundation.
