She is survived by husband Ronald New, Sr; sons, Ronald (Johnelle) New, Jr, Mark (Nola) New; daughters, Reene (Ivan) Hess, Regina (Arnold, Sr) Sabala, Michelle (Leo) Szadkowski-Poti, IvyJean (Joseph) New-Christopher; brothers, Eugene "Pui" Teixeira, Tommy Teixeira; sisters, Cynthia Sterner, Susan Teixeira, Vivian "April" Teixeira; 28 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Tuesday (August 9) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Prayer Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m. Wednesday (August 10) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Prayer Service 10:00 a.m. Committal Service 1:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
