Leonard F. Roberts, 88, of Kailua-Kona, a retired federal administrative law judge, a retired Air Force Reserve colonel and an Army Air Corps veteran who served during World War II, died. He was born in Mississippi. He is survived by wife Joann, son Raymond V., daughters Frances Bennett and Denise Sanders, brothers James and Gilbert, sister Mary L. Cook and a grandchild.
