Rita Eugenie Kane, 80, of Honolulu, a retired caregiver, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. She was born in East Hartford, Conn. She is survived by son William C. Bair Jr., daughter Martha Ross, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to Hawaiian Humane Society.
