72James Edward “Kimo” Javier, 55, of Cleveland, formerly of Honolulu, owner of Kimo’s Sushi Shop in Cleveland and a former chef at different establishments in Honolulu, died in Kansas. He was born in Sagamihara, Japan. He is survived by daughters Anela Javier and Melissa Chang; former wife Marilyn; parents William and MaryNell; brothers William and Terrence; sisters Marisa and Mary Javier, and Melanie Vredenburgh; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Private scattering of ashes. Aloha attire. No flowers.
