JULIETTE KIKUE NAKASHIMA
Juliette Kikue Nakashima, 93, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2011. Juliette was born in Pahoa on the Big Island of Hawaii and grew up in Honolulu. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Clarence I. Nakashima (Honolulu, HI); her three children and their spouses, David and Jade Ching Nakashima (Honolulu, HI), Kyle and Robin Nakashima (Federal Way, WA), and Ann and Michael Imus (Bellevue, WA); two sisters, Lillian Yamanaka and Rochelle Shimabuku; and nine grandchildren. Her beautiful smiles and warm and caring ways will live on in those she touched. A memorial service will be held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary on Friday, August 12. Visitation at 5 p.m. Service at 6 p.m. Aloha attire. Donations may be made in her memory to Nikkei Concerns, 1601 East Yesler Way, Seattle, WA 98122.
