RONALD "SHIMA" T. SHIMABUKURO
Age 85, of Waianae, Hawaii, passed away July 22, 2011 in Waianae. Born April 20, 1926 in Lahaina, Maui. Retired from Kaiser Cement, Nanakuli Plant. A former boxer with the Kalakaua Gym and served with the Merchant Marines.
He is survived by daughter, Rosalia (Les Kuwaye) Shimabukuro; sons, Keith Shimabukuro, Bruce (Jan) Shimabukuro, Guy (Howardene) Shimabukuro; sister, Sue (Marcelino) Magalianes; brothers, Joji (Betty) Shimabukuro of CA, Heiji Shimabukuro; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Thursday (August 11) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
