79Matthew Gordon Victor, 52, of Lihue, a pastor at Ohana Christian Fellowship and an agent with the Transportation Security Administration, died. He was born in HonoÂlulu. He is survived by wife Ruth; sons Jeremy and Daniel, daughter Jamie, parents Bernard and Mae, and brothers Allen, Guy and Lee. Visitation: noon Sunday at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Celebration of life: 1:30 p.m. Committal prayer and scattering of ashes in a paddle-out: 5:30 p.m. at Hanalei Pier. Aloha attire. No flowers.
