Ray Moriyoshi Uyeno, 97, of Honolulu, a retired engineer for the federal government and an Army veteran who served during World War II, died in Hale Ho Aloha Nursing Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Arlene F.Y., son Theodore, daughter Candace Hinz, stepchildren Darick and Darrell Chung, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
