78Margaret Choy Au, 90, of Honolulu, a real estate developer and investor, died in Convalescent Center of Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion Daniel Talbert, sons Dr. Thomas and James, daughters Ginger Sanderson and Jeannie A. Wong, sister Rose Ching, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
