James Richard Carr, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force major and a retired senior ground engineer for Air New Zealand and Qantas Airline, died in Honolulu. He was born in Oil City, Pa. He is survived by wife Robina and son James G. Services: 3 p.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
