Ismelda Tuya “Melda” Garcia, 65, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. She was born in Claveria, Cagayan, Philippines. She is survived by son Bartolome B. “Bubut” Jr.; daughters Loretta Garcia and Maria Pascual; brothers Virgilio, Jesus and Renato Tuya; sisters Ofelia T. Lagundino, Florida T. Pagatpatan, Sozima T. Viloria and Myrna T. Torres; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
