76John Franklin Garcia Sr., 77, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Kauai Electric supervisor, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by wife Eleanor; sons John Jr., Thomas and Patrick Sr.; daughter Debbie Kawaihalau; sister Mildred Ahi; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Private celebration of life.
