Tatsumi Matsumoto, also known as “Matsu†and “Tats,†88, of Honolulu, a retired Holmes and Narver carpenter and an Army veteran who served in World War IIwith the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Headquarters Company 3rd Battalion, died. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Irene Y.; daughters Sandra Y. Usui, Dianne A. Aburamen, Linda H. Komori and Karen S. Morimoto; brothers Masao and Yasu; sister Hatsume Wong; and three grandchildren. Private services.
