Dr. Arthur Takayoshi Osako, 77, of San Juan Capistrano, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a retired pediatric hematologist-oncologist at Central Medical Clinic in Honolulu and an Air Force captain, died in Mission Viejo, Calif. He was born in Paauhau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Michiko, sons Philip T. and Dr. Tilden N., daughter Lynn H. Matsukawa, brother Warren M., sister Margaret S. Platt and six grandchildren.
