Richard Fumio Hadama, 80, of Kaneohe, a state Department of Education administrator and an Army veteran, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Janet, son Mark, daughter Patrice Oji, brother Walter, sisters Shigeko Ogata and Setsuko Kobayashi, and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
